Serine ahefa is an independent multimedia author, writer and producer working between Belgium and West Africa.Concerned with the ethics of representation, knowledge transmission and the sociopolitical aspects of culture, they namely document creative ecosystems, new generations of arts communities in Africa, the Diaspora and the Global South and how they activate social change and navigate postcolonial and digital contexts. Through sound, images, writing and journalistic inquiry their practice involves the creation of new memories allowing to build spaces where different futures can germinate.
